Fourth Transnational Partners Meeting

The fourth transnational CreaS project meeting took place in North Macedonia, bringing together all partners to discuss the final stages of the project’s implementation.

A key focus of the meeting was Work Package 4 (WP4) – the completion of the Catalogue and VideoBook. Partners reviewed the progress achieved so far and discussed the remaining steps needed to successfully finalise both outputs. Building on the creative work developed during previous phases, the team agreed on the final structure and content.

Another important part of the meeting centred on Work Package 5 (WP5) – Dissemination. Partners exchanged ideas on how to effectively promote the project and its results, including plans for upcoming Multiplier events, the local fairs/exhibitions, and the digital exhibition at the European level. They also discussed the timing, content, and format of these events to ensure they reach a wide and relevant audience.

In addition, discussions covered other essential aspects such as project quality assurance, sustainability and exploitation, and the stakeholders' involvement plan.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to align all final activities and ensure that the project concludes successfully.
